There are many stakeholders and organizations involved in shaping Highland's future. The City of Niagara Falls, Highland Community Revitalization Committee, Inc. (HCRC), New York State DOS and New York State DEC plays a vital role in this project. They are working together with a multi-disciplinary consultant team with in depth regional and local knowledge and prior experience in urban and brownfield master planning.
The team brings a range of specialized skills and experience to the project, including: urban planning, urban design, community visioning, environmental science, land remediation, transportation planning, market and real estate analysis and public consultation and engagement.
All members of the project team are experienced in working in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Many team members have prior working relationships from other local projects.
